Admitted in Texas, New York, Ireland and England & Wales, Andrew focuses his practice on the corporate and commercial issues confronted by businesses on both sides of the Atlantic, including corporate structuring and governance, labor/employment, IP, privacy, immigration/mobility, regulatory compliance and market entry.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked extensively in Asia, initially in private practice for one of China's largest law firms where he focused on cross border transactions, foreign direct investment and FCPA matters, and subsequently in several in-house roles in Hong Kong, where he gained significant experience in regulatory compliance, capital raising, corporate governance, IP licensing, and contract negotiations.
In addition to this, Andrew worked as staff attorney with the Hong Kong Refugee Advice Centre, providing pro bono legal assistance to refugees with asylum claims in Hong Kong.
