Dan is a seasoned trial lawyer with over 30 years of litigation experience. After a distinguished career as a prosecutor in the Manhattan DA’s office, he has served as a Partner at Bingham McCutcheon and Morrison Cohen. Dan has first-chaired over 125 trials and hearings in both state and federal court. Uniquely broad experience in handling complex, high-stakes criminal and civil matters, involving a wide range of issues across the country. Have represented both corporations and individuals in white collar prosecutions and corporate and regulatory investigations involving securities fraud, corruption, antitrust violations, health care fraud, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and environmental crimes. Dan is a proud graduate of Princeton and lives in Rockland County with his wife Alice.
